The ask

Legend Solar needed to stand out in an emerging market of solar installers that all sounded the same: panels, savings, and smiling customers.

The insight

The company's name was the opportunity. While many solar companies tend to be forgettable, a brand called Legend could act like one.

The idea

Make every homeowner the hero of their own legend.
This campaign parodied epic tales and blockbuster heroes—from a dark knight to a secret agent, a galactic showdown, or an infamous outlaw of the woods. Each spot turned "going solar" into a legendary act.
